Architect: Howes and Jackman

These buildings were developed by Stoke Newington Borough Council. Deck access was used and considered to be more economical where flats of very varied sizes were proposed (from one to five bedrooms). All flats have either or both of a large bay window and balcony. The contractor was R J Rowley Ltd.
